Donna O’Connell has been a staff member of The Surgical Group of Miami since its inception in 1971. She began her employment with The The Surgical Group of Miami as their transcriptionist and in 1977 was promoted to the office administrator position.

Her responsibilities include the management of fourteen employees in all phases of the practice, as well as interfacing with the physicians and other allied professional Services.

Her longevity with the practice speaks highly for the type of employer-employee relationship that is enjoyed at The Surgical Group of Miami.
